Returns & Refunds

At CBSHARIUNIQUE, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with UK consumer laws, while ensuring the quality of our boutique offerings.

1. Handmade Resin Products

All resin items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the products being hand/custom made, we request that any damage or defect be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt with a clear photo of the damage, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: Small air bubbles are not classified as damaged or defective. Due to the nature of our products being handmade, this is a natural occurrence during the curing process. 

2. Vegan & Cruelty-Free Cosmetics

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. If your item is unopened, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. If the item arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged product.

  • Unopened items: Eligible for return within 14 days.
  • Damaged or faulty items: Please send a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement or refund.

3. Jewellery and Beauty Tools

We accept returns for jewellery and beauty tools if they are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. For items that arrive damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours and include a photo of the damage or defect to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

4. Exemptions & Exceptions

  • Custom-made items: Handmade resin products cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged.
  • Cosmetics: Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact us: If you need to request a return or report damage, please email us at cbshariunique@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. For damaged or defective items, include a clear photo of the issue. This helps us process your request quickly.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
